After making a cup of coffee, you should remove the handle (avoid leaving it too long, causing the coffee plaque to dry out due to hot temperature, making it more difficult to wash). One hand holds the machine head to get the force to turn the handle.
Dry clean the filter and handle of the professional coffee maker to prepare for the next brew
Proceed to smash the handle into the coffee grounds container, making sure all the grounds come out (quite a lot of force).
Note when pounding: Do not let the Filter face hit the bar (this will cause distortion or over time it will cause rust to the Filter...). When hammering the bar, the handle axis must be oriented in the correct direction. bar point
You must hit the bar exactly as shown in the picture to remove all the coffee grounds and avoid damaging the filter
After beating, there will still be residue left in the filter. Use a clean brush to clean the remaining residue.
Note: Do not use detergent, wet the handle and Filter and cool down the Filter for the next brew.

Clean the Headgroup of the coffee maker
First, use the single handle to clean the headgroup: Use the glass filter to pry the filter up and then install the glass filter into the handle as shown below.
Hold the handle firmly with one hand to lift the Filter
Install the handle into the Headgroup (no need to install it too tightly), start draining the water and shake the handle back and forth so that the residue on the Headgroup wall is deposited onto the glass filter. Because the rinse water is hot, you need to use a towel to hold it (to avoid subjective burns).
The residue in the Headgroup is deposited in the Filter after cleaning is complete (can be done one more time to clean)
Use a brush to clean the machine walls down to the filter screen. Because the filter mesh is thin, you should be gentle when cleaning. When finished scrubbing, continue to rinse water to wash away.
After that, we will use coffee machine cleaning solution to use. Please note that after each use of 6kg of coffee, we will use this cleaning solution to keep the machine clean and the coffee quality better.
Pour cleaning solution into the Filter and install it into the Headgroup - Turn coffee making mode on/off for 4 - 5 seconds (Do this at least 4 times). This ensures that the amount of medicine can wash away all the excess coffee grounds remaining in the machine's pipes. After cleaning the coffee machine with medicine, we rinse it with water, also cycle on/off for 5 seconds and repeat 5 times, to wash away all the cleaning water in the machine.
Pour specialized coffee machine cleaning solution into the glass filter and install it into the Headgroup
Clean the steam nozzle of the coffee maker
Use a clean wet towel to cover the hose, then release the steam hose for 10 seconds. Then the steam from the faucet will rise into the tube, softening the milk and coffee.
Then, take out the clean towel and release the steam again for 10 seconds. This time will push the milk and coffee residue out.
Clean the coffee maker's wastewater tray
When cleaning the coffee machine's wastewater tray, users should note that they only wash with plain water, and should not use dishwashing liquid or scrubbing liquid. If you want to be cleaner, only use specialized coffee machine cleaner.
As for the handle of the coffee maker, you can soak it in a specialized coffee washing solution with a little warm water and leave it overnight.
