I. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
- All customers who order products from Hoang Hiep Coffee will be committed to a 12-month warranty .
-If the machine has a technical error due to the manufacturer. Hoang Hiep coffee will have a new return policy for customers.
II.RETURN CONDITIONS
- Intact, well used.
- Time: within 7 days from date of purchase
- You are required to keep the original packaging and labels of the product when returning it
- The number of returns for a product is 1 time .
- The returned product has no visual defects (scratched, broken, dented, yellowed, etc.)
- The returned product must have all accompanying documents such as (warranty card, user manual, catalog,... if any)
