What causes coffee makers to get dirty quickly?
Coffee beans are seeds that contain a lot of oil. The oils in coffee beans help create wonderful flavors that vary depending on the degree of roasting. However, the oil in coffee is also the cause of coffee powder being sticky and remaining in the blood.
Coffee powder will accumulate in many different parts such as the portafilter, filter funnel (basket), water discharge screen (Shower), group head (Group head), ... Over time, too much oil will cause cause the coffee maker to have an unpleasant odor...
Therefore, cleaning the coffee maker regularly will help prevent buildup and ensure the machine's extraction is most effective. How often you clean the machine will depend on your frequency of use. You can clean the machine every day or every few days. However, to ensure quality, we recommend that you clean the machine every day, after finishing that day's business.
