Using the Tamper Dozer
First determine the amount of coffee powder and the grind size of the coffee powder used for the portafilter. Manually compress with a compression tamper according to technical standards. Open the 2 caps and rotate the tamper dozer handle to determine the desired depth. Once you have set the dozer depth, rotate the 2 round handle caps together to lock. Readjust the dozer if the volume or fineness of the coffee powder changes.
