1.  Free delivery , installation and maintenance for  coffee  machine products nationwide .

2. Free delivery in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City within a radius of 10 km from the company office /showroom for orders worth 2 million or more; Orders under 2 million will incur shipping fees .

• Same day delivery, if any risk arises, the company will proactively contact to notify you as soon as possible.
• The Company will notify you if there is a delay in delivery.
• When the goods are delivered, you will be asked to sign for receipt. Please be sure to check the product before signing to receive the goods (to avoid damage, damage, or breakage during transportation) .

3. For customers living outside the province or requiring delivery, we will deliver express delivery to your door .

4. Delivery includes shipping fees for products such as coffee, coffee grinders, mixing machinery and equipment... of Hoang Hiep Coffee. Shipping fees will be added directly to your order .

5. Delivery time

+ Delivery time in inner city : City. Hanoi , City. Ho Chi Minh  will take from 3 to 24 hours from the time the order is confirmed with you .

+ COD delivery time in other provinces and cities will depend on each customer's address, the order processing department will notify you specifically (  average 2 to 5 working days)

6. In case you need EXPRESS shipping, you  will talk to the sales staff and you will receive specific advice.

Note: During peak times (holidays, New Year), or in force majeure cases such as natural disasters, enemy diseases, fires, vehicle breakdowns... we cannot deliver immediately so we will negotiate. Specific delivery time for Customers.
