1. Scope of application
All customers who order machine products from Hoang Hiep Coffee will be committed to a 12-month warranty or according to the manufacturer's regulations.
If the machine has a technical error due to the manufacturer, Hoang Hiep coffee has a policy of exchanging machines for customers within 1 month.
2. Return conditions
+ The product is intact (no scratches, dents, tarnishes...) and in good use.
+ Time: within 7 days from date of purchase
+ Require to keep the original packaging, labels , of the product when returning it.
+ Must have all accompanying documents and documents: warranty card, manual, catalog... (if any) .
+ The number of returns for a product is 1 time.
