Here are the steps to making coffee using a siphon pot:
Step 1: Heat water in the siphon kettle until the water boils.
Step 2: Place the coffee pot on top of the water heater, making sure that the connecting tube is placed correctly into the water heater.
Step 3: Put coffee powder into the coffee pot. Use about 15-20g of coffee powder per 250ml of water.
Step 4: Wait for the water in the pot to boil strongly enough, then turn the heat down to low to maintain the water temperature.
Step 5: When the pressure created pushes water up into the coffee pot, make sure to brew coffee for 2 minutes.
Step 6: After brewing coffee in the siphon pot, turn off the stove and wait for the coffee pot to automatically return to the kettle.
Step 7: Gently shake the coffee pot to combine the flavor of the coffee and steam.
Step 8: Pour coffee into a cup and enjoy!
